Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of angloprince.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. The Brand
The site is operated by Anglo Prince
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order.
By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. The Product
We make and sell English heritage flags, flagpoles, mounting hardware, and associated goods.
The Founders Bundle and National Bundle are limited to 200 units each. Once the 200 are sold, that drop closes — we do not reopen it.
Each bundle includes a hand-numbered Founder Number, sent by email within an hour of order.
Product photographs are representative. Slight variations in colour, weave, and finish are normal for hand-finished and small-batch goods.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
We accept payment via Stripe and Mollie, including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported alternative methods.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy.
We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to — we will refund you in full and email an explanation.
6. Shipping
UK orders ship within 48 working hours of confirmed payment, typically arriving 5–7 working days after dispatch.
International shipping is available at checkout. Transit times vary.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when payment clears.
7. Returns and Refunds

Your statutory rights apply.
8. Founder Number
Founder Numbers are tied to your email address and are non-transferable.
They have no resale or cash value.
They are a record of your order, not a tradable asset.
9. Use of the Site
You may not use the site to attempt fraud, scrape content, infringe intellectual property, or transmit malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content — including text, photography, design, and brand marks — is the property of Anglo Prince or used under licence.
You may share short passages and link to the site freely.
You may not republish, modify, or commercially reuse our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally.
The version on the site at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
