Returns  

We want every Anglo Prince standard, pole, and mount to outlive the man who hangs it. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you wanted, you can return it.  30-day window.

You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return. Tell us within that window and we'll handle the rest.  

Condition. Returned items must be in unused, resaleable condition — flag unflown, pole unmounted, mount unbolted. Once a flag has been outside on a pole, we can't take it back; it counts as used.  

How to return. Email us at angloprince2026@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a return address.

You cover return shipping; we cover the refund.  

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we refund the full bundle price (less original outbound shipping) to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.  

Damaged on arrival. If the parcel arrives damaged or anything inside it is faulty, photograph the issue and email us within 7 days. We replace the affected item at our cost — no return shipping required.  

Founder Number. Your hand-numbered Founder Number is registered to your email address. If you return the bundle, the number stays attached to your email — we don't reassign it. If you change your mind later, contact us; we'll honour it as long as supply permits.  

What we can't refund.  

  • Personalised or specially customised items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned in used or non-resaleable condition
  • Gift cards

Statutory rights. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
